Single Wall Exhaust Only Vent Hoods
 
APPLICATION:
Exhaust only hoods to be used over equipment not producing grease laden vapors.
Make-up air typically not required due to low volume of exhaust.
DESIGN FEATURES & ADVANTAGES
- Low initial and installation costs.
- Extremely low exhaust CFM requirement.
- Available in wall type or one piece island.
- Available in two designs:
VH1:
- Standard vapor hood with mesh filter and with
optional 4-sided condensate gutter, single drain and mesh filter.
VHC:
- Vapor hood with top and side baffles and back and
front condensate drain.

Recommended Duct Sizing:
- Exhaust: Based on 1600 FPM
- Supply: Based on 800 to 1200 FPM
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Single wall type hood with no built-in make-up air
cabilities.
- Available in wall type or one piece island form.
- Fabricated of Type 304 stainless steel, #3 or #4
polish, on all exposed surfaces.
- Pre-punched hanging angles on each end of hood.
Additional set provided for hoods longer than 12'.
- Model VH1 fitted with 1" thick removable,
easily washable mesh filter at each duct location.
- Optional integral 4-sided condensate gutter and 1
drain with easily washable mesh filter at each duct location (available on
VH1 only).
- Model EVHC designed with top and side baffle plates
and integral front and back condensate gutter and drain.
- Models EVH1 and EVHC are NSF Listed.
