The END-PSP model hood is a wall canopy exhaust unit with a front
perforated make-up air plenum. It operates at low CFM and is UL Listed
for use over 450 deg. F, 600 deg. F, and 700. deg F cooking surface
temperatures.
The front perforated plenum can provide up to 90% make-up air.
The plenum discharges make-up air at a very slow velocity so it does not
interfere with the capture & containment of the hood. The perforated
stainless steel discharge evenly distributes the air along the length of
the hood and enhances the aesthetics of the hood. In addition, since the
plenum can fit inside a ceiling grid, it offers an unobtrusive way to
get make-up air into the kitchen.
The hood is ideal for any kitchen ventilation application with a
heavy cooking load that requires a high percent of make-up air.
