The END-BR model hood is a wall canopy exhaust unit with a rear
make-up air plenum. It operates at low CFM and is UL Listed for use over
450 deg. F, 600 deg. F, and 700. deg F cooking surface temperatures.
The rear plenum can provide up to 90% make-up air. The plenum
discharges make-up air below the cooking equipment so it does interfer
with the capture & containment of the hood.
The combination of low CFM, superior capture & containment, and
high make-up air percentage makes this hood an excellent choice for any
high heat, heavy cooking load kitchen ventilation application that
requires a high percent of make-up air.
